Exterior - Ol-Halvars

Ol-Halvars is an old farmhouse with four additional buildings. It sits in the middle of 5.7 acres of it's own pine/birch forest and meadows in a small hamlet called Flor, on the shores of Ljusnan.

The main house was built in 1809 and is a traditional two storey red timber building with white trims and clay roof tiles. It has mains electricity and water comes from a well, which is shared with the yellow house next door. There is a septic tank, which gets emptied by the local authorities every two years.
